Dianthus Primary ends first term on a high note

Dianthus Primary School ended term one with a successful fun day and a spectacular dog show that educated pupils on a variety of topics.

Pupils learnt how a sniffer dog is used to combat crime and a snake show was also held to educate pupils on the different types of pythons and venomous snakes.

The day also featured a clown show, face painting, a disco, go cart, a water slide, a jumping castle and many games and food stalls.

The principal, staff, school governing body and pupils would like to thank all parents, guardians and well-wishers for their generous sponsorship during the fundraising drive.
