Feedy Needy embarks on Toy for Joy campaign

Help Feedy Needy as they embark on a special drive this December. The non-profit organisation endeavours to distribute 2000 burgers, chips, juice and a toy to underprivileged children in the paediatric wards in government hospitals which will be prepared by the dedicated staff at Feedy Needy.

They have identified some of these children in need of aid and they want to assist them this holiday.  “We want to bring bright smiles to those who find it a challenge to survive daily. Everyday, we see the impact of poverty on children and we want to make a difference. Help us, as we embark on a Burger Meal distribution to various government hospitals throughout KwaZulu-Natal. We need your assistance to bring hope to these children this Holiday,” said PRO, Reena Rampersad.

Feedy Needy would like to bring joy to these children by providing a burger meal and a toy for joy to those that have ailments and are impoverished.

In order to achieve their objectives of distributing 2000 burger meals, together with a toy and a fruit juice, Rampersad said they once again appeal to members of the public for a contribution towards their December drive. These meals will be distributed from December 18 to 22.

“We humbly appeal to you and your family and friends to join hands with Feedy Needy on our mission. Your donation will make a difference in the lives of our children and it will help us go that extra mile in changing a life this December,” she said.

Anything you have to sponsor can be dropped off at 57 Brailsford Avenue, Sunford, Phoenix, between 8am to 4pm. Those who would like to donate can also contact Feedy Needy offices to arrange to pick up.

“With your generous gift of hope, children in hardship will have happier holidays and a brighter smile,” added Rampersad.

A direct deposit can be done to the following account: Feedy Needy Standard Bank, Account No: 081358245 Branch Code: 057829, Branch: Umhlanga.
