SKISA PESCO students shine

Four students from the SKISA PESCO were outstanding in their performances achieving podium finish at the KER and KZN Tournament which was held in Durban.

These students qualified to represent their province (KZN) at the SA Nationals in Cape Town on March 17 and 18. They trained six days a week to be on top form to compete.

Sarsha Pillay taking silver for the Team Kata where as the rest of the karatekas were not placed but did their best to bring back knowledge and experience for these tournaments.

Sensei Raj Govender said he is very proud of his students for reaching the Nationals and are always bringing back honours to their province, federation (SKISA) and their club SKISA Pesco Karate Club.
