Napoletana pasta for the whole family to enjoy

Looking for a delicious and flavourful pasta dish to try out this weekend? This recipe is perfect!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Fry’s Spicy Sausages, thawed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon crushed garlic
  • A few sprigs of rosemary
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cumin (jeera) seeds
  • 1½ cups of Napoletana
  • 1 cup of pasta rice, boiled and drained
  • Thyme to garnish, finely chopped
  • Basil to garnish, finely chopped
  • Coriander to garnish, finely chopped
  • Parsley to garnish, finely chopped
  • Handful of Vegan parmesan cheese
  • Rocket to garnish
  • Pesto oil to garnish
  • Cherry tomatoes to garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a medium sized pot and add ¼ teaspoon of garlic and rosemary.

Add sausages and salt and allow to fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add ¼ teaspoon of garlic, cumin seeds, and Napoletana and stir through.

Add pasta rice, thyme, basil, coriander, and parsley stir.

Add parmesan cheese and stir through.

Garnish with rocket, pesto oil and cherry tomatoes.
